People going to a health facility are usually going because something is wrong. The staff were very sympathetic, kind, and (most importantly) helpful.

My experience was very good. My wait time was less than 15 minutes and the care I received was professional, extremely helpful and appreciated. The staff carefully addressed my concerns, they were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean and inviting.

Reservations are the best way to go. With a reservation I had about a 15 minute wait to get a covid test while walk ins had a 4 hour wait! If you can try to get a reservation!

Wait time was long but not JCMGs fault. I was quite surprised by the friendliness given how stretched thin nurses are. Thank you for the hours you keep. This is great for working parents who may not have any leave left. Thank you!

We got there about 15 minutes after it opened but didn’t get seen by nurse practitioner for over 2 hours. I know this isn’t their fault but if they would have more staff on hand we may not have had to wait so long.

The doctor was rude and would not have even looked at my daughter if I would not have said something. She walked in said ya just viral I said are you even going to look at her ears or throat? She said well I guess but I told you it’s just viral. This was before any test were done or anything. I was very mad!
