Express Care of JCMGStadium

I stopped in to get a COVID test for work. Just a thought, maybe have a print out to give patients about what they need to do when its their turn after waiting. I recieved a text that said to come in to the building but it indicated nothing about signing in. From what I had witnessed while waiting in line to get on the waitlist, people just came inside and then were called back. I came in when 1 peraon was "in front of me" and recieved the "come inside the building text" while waiting in the waiting area. No one called me back at all. I was not told via text or when I was added to the waiting list that I needed to "check in" when I returned. The receptionists canceled my appointment with me sitting in the lobby waiting to be called back due to no information about checking in being shared. Thus I waited an extra 30-40 minutes and this put the medical team "even further behind". It seems that this whole situation could have been avoided with a simple "check in at the desk" would be added to the text that was sent.
