I was there to see a doctor back in October. It was for my annual but they mistakenly charged me $200 for it. Later said they will issue a refund. Been few months, never got my refund. Called and emailed them several times but they never answer. I once was able to speak to someone and she said my insurance rejected the claim but I checked with my insurance company and they approved the claim. I have proof they were paid for my visit. These guys are fraud. They knew insurance company approved my claim yet lied to me and would not issue a refund. It's only for $200 but they cannot get away by lying and robbing customers.
