I scheduled to have an in-person COVID Test at 8:15pm TONIGHT. I received a text message for a video call. I called in, was on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever joined! I assume it was an error that I received a text for a video call

They were totally disorganized at front desk. Never gave my daughter the paperwork for further testing. They do not answer their phones ever to follow up on this! This is the second time we can not contact them after an appointment with questions! Very unprofessional

I had to call repeatedly to get results and still don’t have anything in writing. Was on hold for 35 minutes.

Awful. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours even with an appointment. They are extremely slow, the staff are unorganized and do not seem like they know what they are doing. They are rude. A nurse even confused me for another patient.

It was my first time at this facility and everyone was so kind, friendly, and willing to help. They are efficient in the limited space in which they operate.

After booking my appointment, on line, apparently, my name wasn't in the system. Thank God for the "doctor?" Who was in charge of admitting people. They got me in and check painlessly. However, I still at 453pm a complete 24 hours after being check, I Still Don't Have my Results. I wasn't able to work today because of this. I am very upset!

The system for taking the COVID test and receiving your results is not properly managed. I would not recommend. I took a my test Tuesday and had to call for my results Thursday and they were positive. Due to the seriousness of COVID and how quickly it can spread, ensuring results are received in a timely manner is imperative to deter spreading COVID to friends, family, and coworkers. I am Not sure if this facility is aware of that.

I called for an appointment at 10:00 and they kept saying it was done at nine o clock. It wasn’t until after ten. Then I never got results so I called at 3:34 but was put in hold for 20 minutes. I called back at 3:37 and was told the rapid test was negative. I gave my email to send results (Already had given the email.). Still have not received any email results. I understand it’s busy, but am hoping my other tests results will arrive.

Their drive-through Covid testing was fairly efficient! Registering online helps get you to testing faster. There was a little bit of confusion in the parking lot but it worked out. This place has been a life saver, especially after employers mandating weekly testing.

I have been to this medical facility a handful of times. The service got worst and worst each time. The final time I went, I called to get the results of my test and nobody would help me. I called for 2 days waiting for test results, but to no avail. I then started calling and asking for the Office Manager. They gave me the run around, took messages, said she was in meetings, left me on hold, forwarded my calls, but there was never a call back. When you aren't feeling well, you should never receive this type of service or treatment. Needless to say, I had to drive back up there just to get a hold of the office manager and receive my results. I expressed my grievance to her, but I'll never go back there again. The aftercare following an urgent care visit requires the same, if not better customer service. That was a terrible experience.
