5 Stars for the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed at any establishment!! My 2-year-old son and I went to be seen today and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff throughout our whole visit. When I went to turn on my car to leave, after multiple attempts, I found my car wouldn’t start. I immediately reached for my phone to call AAA or search for a local auto shop, but then found my phone had died… Since I live over 45 minutes away from this urgent care and I had my son in the car, I started to panic. I went back into the urgent care to ask if there was a local auto shop nearby and explained my situation. Immediately the front desk staff, Terisha & Jade jumped into action. Terisha went to get her car to pull it up next to mine to give it a jump. Jade set my phone up on her phone charger and turned on the TV to find a show to occupy my son while we worked on the car and offered him a lollipop. Wesley came out and set up the jumper cables and got my car running in a matter of a few minutes. I was truly so overwhelmed with gratitude to these 3 Good Samaritans. This week had been a hard week to say the least, but after this incredible kindness it really restored my faith in humanity. I can’t express in words how grateful I am to Terisha, Jade & Wesley for their help today. I highly recommend the Severna Park Urgent Care!

We waited over 2 hours to be seen due to Wi-Fi issues checking in and a staff that seemed to work as slowly as they could (with the exception of the nurse that took our vitals who was awesome). The Dr and receptionist didn’t seem to care that we were not feeling well at all and moved so slowly. I had to ask the Dr if he was going to listen to my fathers breathing after he left the room for over 20 minutes. Not impressed at all and will likely not go there again. Not sure if the systems are inadequate or the wi-Fi as the system had to be rebooted taking another 15 minutes to check out when they had my credit card information from the lengthy check-in. I would not recommend this facility.

I booked online but when I arrived despite showing them my confirmation I was told I had to register as a walk in and wait behind 5 other people. No communication or ability to help me was shown at the front desk.

I had a 3:45 reservation and was told by the reception to sit down they would be right with me at 3:45. At 4:30 I walked up and asked where i was in line. After a bit of searching she told me that there were 5 people in front of me. 45 minutes later after watching 7 people go in I went back and asked where I was in line and was told there were 3 in front of me. I asked for my copay back and left. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Nobody in waiting room. They were unable to look up insurance card in system even though I had made appointment and filled out all information online. They said it would be $400 to give my son a flu/Covid test. We walked out and will never go back there again.
