I had an excellent experience here again. This is the second time I have been there. the wait time was about 5 minutes. The wait time for the doctor was about 5 minutes. The employees were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

I enjoy coming here. They’re organized and it’s easy to get care but when it comes to the lab results, they don’t answer their phones. I’ve called and thought someone would answer only for someone to answer then hang up.

We checked in at 10:00am and were the 101 person in line. It took 6 hours to finally get called to get the rapid test. It was a long wait.

Brenda Mendiola Maldonado here. I have been to this office multiple times. I have been charged several copays even though I have met my out of pocket for the year of 2021. I have reiterated this to the people in the front office Bri & Joy several times yet they still collect my copays and all your given is the number to the billing office which confirms but is no help in giving you your money back. I told Joy to contact THEIR own billing office because again they were trying to give me the number which I refused because I already know it and she just stated that they do what the computer tells them. The front office staff is no help it’s like talking to a brick wall. Working in healthcare myself as an office manager and a billing coordinator this place is definitely not the place for you if your looking for proper billing and a solid foundation no one knows what’s going on and they don’t bother to figure it out. In 2021 I paid $30 every visit and for 2022 it went up to $80 when my insurance hasn’t changed and I went ahead and verified myself it’s still thirty. I want to think of it as a rainy day savings for when they do decide to give me my money back. When I asked to speak to the office manager Bri interjected on my conversation with Joy stated she’s not here on the weekends as she too deserves days off. Totally understandable, I'm an office manager myself. I’m sure Mika is finding herself overwhelmed with not having good help and them giving her problems rather than finding solutions themselves. Yikes! To the owner if you are sincerely looking for resolution consider finding yourself people who enjoy doing their jobs. In this field you must have compassion, dedication, empathy, understanding, and knowledge which none of your employees showed (with the exception of a gentleman who placed my card on file )and continue to show based on other reviews. Joy refused service for simply stating the facts which are true and correct. They can be double checked and verified. I have a credit and didn’t feel like paying something I know will be given back to me. I refused to be charged incorrectly. I even offered to show them my EOB’s. That’s far fetched as I was stating facts in a respectful manner. If you don’t want to work just say so and clock out. I spoke with the doc on board and told him what I would be doing he is well aware and he basically said he doesn’t know what the right hand does and is only concerned with care. In other wards he just works there. I will definitely be taking this up with the medical board and blue cross blue shield.

There was a long wait due to the number of test requests, however it was easy to register on my cellphone and I was provided information on the wait list process. Once in it was a fast process and the technician was friendly and courteous, as were office staff. I appreciate being called with the results.

My name was on the waitlist to be seen but was told although my name was listed I would not be seen because I missed the “cutoff time.” If I missed a cutoff time to be waitlisted, it should have never allowed me to proceed and shouldn't have shown my name waiting along with everyone else. Now it’s extremely upsetting to see that this past appointment is showing “complete” and asking me how my appointment went yet I was never seen and was never even notified that you all were ready to see me. The wait time, check in process, lack of communication and efficiency is ridiculously terrible and unprofessional. Its frustrating to now know I could have been seen just as my name was shown on the waitlist, but my appointment is now showing completed as if it happened when it never did, and I wasn’t properly informed. I now have to spend another day with trying to get another appointment when I already had one that was skipped over, NOT completed

Totally unacceptable. Normally top notch service. Not sure what was going on today. Seems like I should have walked in. They were served before my scheduled appointment. I waited 3.5 hours. 30 min was my fault because I did not understand the ck in process. They were so swamped the desk did not tell me what I needed to do. Just go outside and wait. At some point staff should understand the max number of pt that can be scheduled in a day. I felt sorry for the second front desk staff and the Dr.

Very professional staff and well versed and outstanding qualitied doctors and there support technicians/nurses. Quick assessment on patient symptoms and well explained results. Doctor kept patients calm while staying focus on all symptoms.

I waited 3 hours on Christmas Eve. It wasn’t until i went inside to check my status that I was called back to the room within 10 minutes. The staff was nurse and doc were friendly but Infelt like the doc was rushed. He didn’t realize he had seen me a few days earlier and told me to come back if I wasn’t feeling better. He called in a prescription that I am allergic to. And because it was Christmas Eve I wasn’t able to call him snd get it switched once th pharmacy pointed out that I was allergic. My husband had a medicine issue as well the earlier in the week. I like that they are usually fast but the medicine issues are a problem.

Perhaps mine was a unique experience but I checked in on the app for a 10:20am slot and waited in the parking lot for 4 hours. When I went in to make sure I was checked in, the staff was cranky with me. When I was finally first in line for reserved times, I went in to wait inside. The staff was cranky again and told me to wait in my car. I waited an hour as first in line. It sure seemed as though people were coming and going before I was seen. It seems like walk ins are given precedence. I get that my “appointment” is a check in to be in line but I would be surprised if nobody walked in after my 10:20am time and were seen before me. Any walk ins after my check in time should be seen in order (after my check in time).

We are a walk in no appointment necessary urgent care but you can make one if you prefer. The appointments hold your place in line but do not guarantee the exact time of service. We do perform Covid tests (Rapid and PCR) as well as antibody tests. We take care of illness, injury, sutures, abscess, broken bones (X-ray on site) and workers comp. We suggest that you call and verify with your insurance that we are an IN network provider with your specific plan before coming to the clinic. We do offer competitive self-pay pricing. We will collect any payment or balance prior to service.
