The visit and care of the clinic was great except for the wait. Two hour waits are not a fast pace. If someone walks in penniless they cannot be billed but must leave sick. $75 is not available for everyone. Thankfully, I had it but there was a patient who did not and had to leave. There should be affordable Healthcare in one of the richest countries in the world. The two hour wait and ridiculous business strategies make this a less than expected experience. Fast Pace was not fast and is expensive. If one bad experience isn't enough I went today because my Doctor was out. I arrived and signed in at 2:13. There were only one person there ahead of me. After an hour felt better so said I wanted my co-pay back to go. They said I was about to go in the room now so I went. Blood pressure and questions, then wait for doctor. At 4:35 I just left. I have another appointment to be at soon. Obviously I wasn't that important. Lost my co-pay so I'm sure they are happy. I HATE the place. Never again!
