With only a few walk-in clinics nearby, Fast Pace Health, Fayetteville may be your best option for immediate care inFayetteville. They are open today from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, as well as 5 days a week. As long as you visit them during their business hours, you should be able to walk right into 1321 Huntsville Hwy and be seen relatively quickly. I’ve literally never encountered such a nice set of medical professionals. I had an injury that made me unable to walk, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating with wheeling me around the office. Everyone was kind, the nurse was super thorough in walking me through the procedures, and I’ll definitely be back if I have medical issues in the future.

BEWARE!!!! I wish I had read all of the reviews before I went to this location. I went with an ankle injury. Their x-ray technician was not even on sight, so they did NOT even x-ray it. They literally saw me and put it in a boot. Then charged my insurance like an ER visit, not a regular urgent care visit. So this cost me an additional $115 on top of my additional $35 co-pay that I paid when I got there. This was not communicated to me at my visit. So beware that if you have insurance they do not bill it like a regular office visit.

It was crowded. It was dirty. There were no paper towels in the restroom. They were having customers fill out paperwork using the same pens. The receptionist was not wearing a mask. We are in the middle of a deadly PANDEMIC!!!! I did NOT feel safe. I got my money back and left.

Y'all beware they do not take the temperature of anybody coming into this facility. People coughing and shit! A breeding ground for COVID. If I had the district manager's number I will call them. #COVIDCITY

I was the first person in the parking lot. Had paperwork brought out to me and waited in parking lot for an hour and no one ever came out. Wentworth back in and was told they were backed up. Will never be back.
