I have visited this facility three times since it opened, Twice the staff immediately sent me to the hospital with might otherwise have been life-threatening emergencies. The personnel were first rate, and were recognized and praised by the hospital doctors who treated me. They are definitely an asset to me and my retirement community. I am glad that I have the opportunity to avail myself of their exceptional skill and professionalism!

No doctors available? According to the website, only non-physicians staff these clinics, or at least only non-physicians are listed and named. That’s very concerning if the website is accurate, and while possibly legal is not optimal. I’ve seen too much harm come to those who have been treated by clinicians without actual medical training. A physician, after completing college, spends 4 years in medical school after college and additional 3-6 years of supervised 80-hour weeks prior to practicing independently. Many non-physicians receive training online, while working full time (impossible in a rigorous medical training environment), and laws allow for practice after only a few hundred hours of patient care (essentially a few months of a doctor’s residency). That’s frightening, especially if a company doesn’t even seem to mention supervision by experts while advertising speciality care or even family practice, where breadth of knowledge is absolutely necessary. Potentially sacrificing expertise for convenience and profit doesn’t seem in line with promoting health.

I would not recommend going here. I pulled right up front with my elderly mother at 7:30pm to see a provider. I go in after getting my mother out of the car and was told they are closed. The sign and website said open until 8pm. There was no sign on the door to let patients know. I understand things happen and offices have to close early, but a door sign would have been nice especially when bringing elderly in that have a hard time walking.
