They advertise themselves as urgent care but they bill like an emergency room so your $35 copay easily ends up to be more than $200 owed, and if you leave your card info on file, they will take it out without notifying you. The form to leave it on file is falsely advertised as an easy way to pay copays in the future but then they use it to take all the money from you they can.

I was very disappointed in the service. Took my grandson in for running a high fever which happened to be a weekend. They took 2 test and came back in and they didn't know what was wrong. Test were negative so charged me 150 dollars and said give him Tylenol. Next day still running fever. 3 in a row.

I got ripped off this week by Fast Pace Urgent care in Manchester,Tn i am a CDL-A driver, have been since 2002, i am a type 2 diabetic and take meds daily for it, i went into this place to take my physical and at the time all my levels were not perfect but passable because i do this like every year! I go in there with everything i supposed to bring especially with charts of my sugar and blood pressure levels and they were very good and when they checked my blood and sugar at the time of the physical wensday afternoon they were passable but they still failed me and took my $85 dollars, I'm going to another place to get my card because i told them my situation and was told if your levels are within the guidelines and they see that i have my meds, taking my meds and see my charts and they look good they will let me work, I presented all of the above at fast paced and they took my money gave me a sob story and sent me on my way, now I'm gonna expose them, report them and probably sue them if possible because like i said I've been doing this every year and never had a problem, something is not right with this place!
