From the receptionist to the nurse they’re all helpful and professional. Also , they provided excellent service and less waiting time.

The receptionist was not courteous and did not make feel welcomed. The person who administered the tests and the doctor who saw me after the tests were done were absolutely professional, courteous and made me feel at ease. Rating of 3 is due to front desk experience.

I don't understand the point of making an appointment when it's an hour later. The procedure overall takes around 5 mins. The person in front of me waited just as long.

The appt. was made and cleared. No one showed up. Several people waited for 2hours and the Silver Spring Fastrack never opened. Then they cut the ability to call the office after being flooded with calls. The low down dirty act!

I went to get two COVID tests: the rapid one and the longer, more accurate test. It's been 24 hours and I haven't gotten results. If the rapid test takes as long as the long test, there's really no reason to get the rapid test, is there?

The date on our COVID test was wrong and we nearly missed our flight. When we tried to call them from the airport they never picked up. They caused us a total nightmare experience at the airport. How difficult is it to have a correct date on a date sensitive test?

It was nice to be able schedule and flexible hours, but still a long wait time. (1hr). They do rapid testing, which is great, but I didn’t get an email with the results as promised yet and it’s been over an hour. That was disappointing.

Overall efficient. We contact you for COVID testing. Only complaint is that it would have been good to be able to get drive through PCR testing in Kensington which is near where we live.

We have the COVID Rapid antigen swab test and results are available within 24 hours. We also offer the PCR virus detection swab test with results in 2-5 days.
