The entire staff treated me very nicely. I have a burn on my back that blistered, and then popped. Having been in this situation before, I knew I needed professional care. Within one hour, I was checked in and seen, and I was a walk in. I considered myself lucky to not wait too long. The PA was very friendly, but also sympathetic, and still very thorough. She dressed my wound, and gave me a prescription for antibiotics to ensure the open wound would not get infected. I have been to this Urgent Care, and they always treat me well!

The receptionist was not courteous and did not make feel welcomed. The person who administered the tests and the doctor who saw me after the tests were done were absolutely professional, courteous and made me feel at ease. Rating of 3 is due to front desk experience.

It was nice to be able schedule and flexible hours, but still a long wait time. (1hr). They do rapid testing, which is great, but I didn’t get an email with the results as promised yet and it’s been over an hour. That was disappointing.
