My daughter had a Covid PCR test. There wasn't a long wait & she had results in 4 days for a $35 fee. It is difficult to find a non-drive-thru PCR test site. We were pleased with the service here.

I made an appt., and even called ahead to ensure my injury was within this facility's scope of care. I was told they had no x-ray tech that day, but otherwise they could handle it, and would send me to another FastMed location if an x-ray was necessary. I waited 30 mins. past my appt. time to be called back, despite arriving early & having completed all check-in materials prior to arrival. In under 5 minutes I was told I needed to be referred to the Emergency Room ASAP, and was given referral paperwork. Fast forward: 7hrs ER wait time, $550 co-pay, a 5min Dr consult, tetanus shot, and a fresh bandage...I was told by the Emergency Room doctor that there was absolutely NO earthly reason I should have been referred to the ER from FastMed Urgent Care. I sure hope they plan on covering that ER co-pay I should not have incurred.
