before I filled out any paperwork or saw anyone, I asked if there was a Dr present. I was told yes. I then stated that I had a heart condition and my cardiologist would only allow specific pain medication to me prescribed. I was told not a problem. When I went back for actual treatment, I was told there were no doctors present, and would not prescribe the medications I needed. I was lied to, so I left.
