HORRIBLE. SENT BY 911BECAUSE CLOSER THAN HOSPITAL TO STABALIZE then possibly to ER. RECEPTIONIST WAS SLOW LIKE A COW IN THE PASTURE. SHE GAVE ME ME A SIGN IN PAD AND IT DIDNT WORK. SHE DIDNT HELP AND MY FRIEND WAS GETTING WORSE. I LEFT THE "TOY PAD" AND LEFT THE 4 CHAIR RECEPTION AREA TO A REAL HOSPITAL. I WOULDN'T BRING A DOG HER FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION
