Was glad a friend told me to go.

I went to this urgent care as it was the closest facility to my job and I was so sick I could hardly get on the bus to get there. Upon arrival the receptionist was very kind so kind in fact it was very noticible that she could see that I was sick. I had large pieces of mucus and flem coming out and I was so congested that I was blowing my nose every three to four minutes with green and yellow results in every tissue in a large amount. I then was called back to see the nurse practitioner as she was the only care on site at this time. When she entered the room that I was put in I informed the so called nurse that my nurse practioner from El Rio on South Cherrybell informed me at the last visit that if my sinus infection came back that I was to go to an urgent care and have the NP contact my NP for different antibiotic referral as I have been on many antibiotics for this and only had about one or two left that we had not tried. I requested the NP at the Fast med to contact my NP at this time as her office was currently closed and she advised me to go to the Urgent care and request care and antibiotics.NOW PLEASE READ!!!! The nurse not only told me that there was nothing wrong with me she also appeared to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. She was very aggressive towards me as a patient and I have never experienced in my life the utter unprofessionalism and I felt as though a neighborhood crack addict was seeing me and not a nurse. AND to add to the fact her teeth were a green color and she was dsplaying signs of red flags of addiction as really bad mouth and jaw movement and she didn't even know what an ENT was as I was informing her on my upcoming ENT referral and that I needed her to call me NP to see what antibiotics I should start .I ran out of the urgent care at Craycroft with no care, broken HIPPA information as she was yelling at me in front and yelling out my PHI..I strongly urge you to take a look into her actions and also maybe a nine panel drop as a NP should never show the signs of addiction and she showed so many redflags and straight up grossness that I had to say something about it . If I knew anyone hirer up I would defenetly say that I am disgusted with the very poor choice of hiring her ….I am also going to report this to the nursing board and also to my insurance company and every person that I come into contact with I am going to make sure that I inform the whole community of your sad disgusting conduct and hiring of people that should never have been working there in the first place All I have to say is I can definetly see why no one was in the lobby really gross and sick ..WAY DISSAPPOINTED and my rights were broken
