My 5 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Tunell 10 days ago for an ear infection, in which he prescribed Azithomycin & Prednisone. Dr. Tunell gave us a 5 day prescription and said the antibiotics will work for another 5 days. At the 10 day mark my daughter started complaining of ear pain again, I called the office and spoke with Laura. I was informed that my daughter would have to be re-evaluated and pay another doctors visit. $179 for initial visit $36 for prescriptions- that didn’t work! $179 for another re-evaluation $36 for another prescription? Total $430 ——****for an ear infection!!!**** Can someone please explain to me how this is ethical?! I still don’t understand why they couldn’t have called in another RX like amoxicillin.

First time visiting this clinic. GO TO TUCSON. Very disappointed....Went in on Thursday for a covid test as I was possibly exposed. I was told that the results would be back from the lab on Friday night between 7:00 and 9:00 and that they would email me the results on Saturday as the nurse practitioner would be working Saturday. I received a call on Friday that my test had spilled and that I needed to come back in to retest on Friday I was told that I would still get the results by email on Saturday. They never came so now myself and numerous others that I had contact with are still having to wait for results. No idea when I'll get them. Friends that went to Tucson on Thursday have all received their results by by Saturday morning.
