I went to two different urgent cares earlier that day and they were so rude at both places I did not stay there. Then I came to Michigan urgent care and they were phenomenal! The receptionist was so friendly and smiling and greeted me. Everybody that saw me and helped process the whole experience were so professional friendly and I cannot say enough good things. I will make sure to use Michigan Urgent Care any time I need urgent care. I would highly recommend this to anybody they were so awesome!

The care was quick but effective. I know it’s not their fault but I do wish I could have been tested for flu/covid. They didn’t have any tests. I’m just questioning if my diagnosis is correct since I couldn’t be tested.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. No waiting, they called me right in. So nice to be treated with such friendly and professional people, considering I was there because I was sick. The Dr came in talked to me explained everything very thoroughly. When done they were kind and sent me on my merry way. I would definitely recommend and go back myself to this urgent care.

Friendly Doctor with great advice would recommend others coming to this urgent care!! Office staff was friendly. It was a busy day after thanksgiving with lots of people coming in we had to wait few hours to be seen. Otherwise very nice, clean and decorative for the holidays

I loved the way their solv is set up. So easy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were friendly, nice and very professional. I did a walk in but they were full so I set up an appointment for the next day and they were able to see me early with out waiting much. I recommend them and will use them again when needed. I always get excellent and fast care at the Brighton Urgent Care! I chose this over U of M for the doctors actually listen and are concerned. And I always receive treatment that Works! Not so at the large medical complex. Your location is also very convenient! No parking structures and parking fees to deal with!

I keep coming back to Michigan urgent care and find them to be highly professional and a friendly environment. One improvement would be to grow since it doesn’t make sense to have to “schedule” urgent care.

This was an exceptional experience. Gary Schulte, NP made our visit very beneficial. He immediately identified that we had problems other than a request for a COVID test. We left feeling that someone cared about us and gave us suggestions as to how to handle problems related to our current medical and emotional problems. We were very blessed to have Gary Schulte for this visit.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

I use Michigan Urgent Care for virtually all of my medical needs. The Waterford location specifically, is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. It appears that there is not much turnover at this location which says a lot by itself. Blanca and 2 of the full time receptionists are the best!! Sadly, I've had to visit several urgent care facilities in my 51 years but this one is by far the best!!
