I didn’t see on the website noting blood work isn’t done at every location. Traveling between locations during rush hour wasn’t fun. Blood work should be done at every location during opening hours. It was very inconvenient getting to another location in time.

I tested negative for covid 1/6 really unhappy that I had to wait in the waiting room with people that were extremely sick. Why can't they do a drive through covid test and people wait in their cars for the results. If I didn't have covid B4 I got there I felt I would surely end up with it being around those very sickly people in the waiting room.Disaster waiting to happen. A drive up test and wait in car would improve the clinic

I went for a covid test although I am vaccinated bc I came back from a domestic flight. The front desk was not friendly but did her job ; the dr and her assistant were on point … waited 15 minutes after scheduled time to be seen but that wasn’t a big deal. I was called to confirm test results were negative … I’m going back in a few days for another test w my husband before seeing our grandchild. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

De needed a Covid test for a trip with results within 72 hours. We got the appointment, were assured we would have results in time and got them the following day. The staff was super nice, waiting time négligeable. Very impressed!

We went on a Tuesday evening for an X-ray of my sons foot. We were seen very quickly and the staff could not have been nicer. The dr (Dr Martin) spent a long time with my son and answered all his questions. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I went here for a drug test for pre- employment. I believe the girls name was Lauren who took the specimen. She was very friendly. I was told it would be a long wait but it wasn’t bad at all. I haven’t been here recently for other care. But I would go back if needed.

Optum Urgent Care, Ewing - 1680 N Olden Ave

I’ve been to this location various times and have had a great experience with short wait times. However, during this last visitation, the front desk staff lady did not have a bedside manner. Any questions asked or even while checking in, she made us feel like we were bothering her because we were interrupting whatever she was watching in her phone. This is the first time we’ve seen her there and that is why I removed one star under the “staff friendliness” section. All other staff members were great. We also had an hour and a half wait time even though we booked an appointment through Solv.
