What’s the point of having patients book appointments if the appointment times are not honored? Waited over 1.5 hours before I was seen without any sort of apology or explanation. The providers are great if you can withstand the wait. The girl working the front desk was busy texting to properly check me out. I could plainly see her looking down and texting as I am speaking to her. I had to repeat myself multiple times because she was too preoccupied with her phone. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t recommend this clinic unless you have all the time in the world and enjoy having your time wasted by others.
