It was my first time using first med urgent care and I had a really good experience. Everything was done in a timely matter and the doctor and staff were very helpful and kind.

This was my first time in. My husband received care here in 2018 and we felt the care was thorough so when I got sick this week, I decided to come back. I wasn’t disappointed.

This is by far my favorite clinic to visit when ill. Check-in is super easy to do through the website. The lobby is spacious and has comfy seating. Wait time is understandable given the small staff, but definitely not too long of a wait! The provider and staff are incredibly friendly, kind and compassionate. Their bedside manner is great! They know how to put the more complicated medical information into layman's terms, which greatly helps me to understand what is happening.

This was my first visit to First Med. I was so pleased with the friendliness of staff and doctor. This will be my new go to place. Wait time for this time of year is understandable, no complaints there.

Got the run around on a simple covid test. Was told didn’t need appointment. Walk on in they said. Get there sign in and they say we will call you. It will be at least 2 hours. I stay in the parking lot, cause i live far away. I checked in at 9:30 am. I finally leave after 2pm. Shame on you people! I wanted to make a appointment that morning! Then was told I didn’t need one! Get there i they gave me a appointment with no time. Get your shit together! I should not have been seen by a medical doctor! Listen to your patients! I may have been exposed and needed a simple test! I will never get another covid test because of first Meds procedures! You wasted time and your own resources by stupidity! Thanks

I was able to fill out paperwork online and walk in within an hour. I was seen and doctor confirmed what I needed and I was able to start the medicine I needed to feel better within 2 hours. That included getting it called in and sent to my pharmacy and picked up.

My visit today, December 15 was outstanding. The wait, was expected. The staff, Erica Haileigh , Dr. Lynch, the front desk staff, were all kind helpful amazing and compassionate. They are friendly knowledgeable, professional.

I’ve never given a negative review to a medical facility because I am in the medical field and understand and sympathize with how crazy it can get and also understand that health care providers are human just like everyone else and have off days. However, this visit was a complete waist of time and money. Was told to rest and take Advil. The entire reason I went to UC was because I did not find relief in the suggested recommendations. I could hear staff outside my door yelling “it’s 6:24, we are almost done!” They did not address my chief complaint but instead hyper focused on a minor detail and rushed me on my way. Did not feel heard or cared for. Very disappointed.
