Sat in the waiting room for two hours, even with a scheduled appointment. It was very frustrating wasting almost half a day of work for a ten minute nasal swab.

The Dr was pretty good quick and had a better bedside manner, but you may want to educate the ma on the word no, I stated I refuse the covid test and she tested anyways. And lied stating it was flu test!

The nurse in particular was very friendly and very helpful and had a wonderful bedside manner. She knew I felt terrible.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours with only 3 people in front of me. When I finally got back to the room, I waited another 30+ minutes to actually be seen by the doctor, who wasn’t in the room more than 5 minutes. No one was rude to me but it just didn’t feel like they really deeply cared about what was going on. I could hear nurses joking and laughing outside the room while I was doubled over in pain begging for help and asking when I was going to be seen by a doctor. I’m all for fun at work but they seemed very far behind for workers to be loud outside the rooms.
