I came in experiencing cold symptoms. Sore throat, ear pressure, congestion. The staff was very nice. They checked my oxygen levels. They gave me a COVID and strep test and sent me on my way. No other vitals were taken. They did not check my blood pressure, temperature, or even check out my ears, nose, or throat. Will most likely not be returning to this location just for the lack of quality of care.

The staff is friendly here. I did have to wait over an hour and a half, but it is expected this time of year. I like that they do everything online and you can check the wait list.

We arrived @12 My wife had an appointment @12:30. We both pre filled paperwork online. My appointment was @2:30. I checked in online and called the front desk to let them know i was with her and early for my appointment. @1 I was told I had one person ahead of me. I was seen at 2:45... spent almost 3 hours in the parking lot waiting. If it wasn’t possible to get me in early then I would have appreciated being told it wasn’t possible and to come back at the time of my scheduled appointment.

The staff, front desk person, wish I got her name, was very nice. The med tech that checked vitals was very nice and professional! Doc was very good, great bedside but the wait was too long, they said it wasn’t a busy day, less than thirty patients, but my appt was at 3:30 and waited until almost 4:30. Great staff. Wait time is understandable if they were busy. I did online checkin. Checkin was convenient

First time here and everyone was so nice and patient with my very rowdy kids which means the world to a mom would definitely come back!

They did tests on a 16 year old without a guardian present, only realizing later and forcing the child to stay after the tests were done and results were given til the parent arrived. Meanwhile as the child was in the room waiting for their parent, the staff outside were laughing, joking about the situation and one of them was heard joking “I thought I was talking to a 5 year old” following by more laughter.. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. Even if the child wasn’t allowed to drive themselves there for the appointment booked for their parent, why had they not noticed that they checked in a single person, the patient, who was 16 years old? They should’ve immediately noticed and told the teen that their parent must be present. Only noticed after the tests and results were given, then staff proceeded to loudly talk about the situation, making jokes, loud enough for the teen to hear it all, very well, through the door. I’m never going here again and recommending others not to do the same.

I refused a covid test and they did not like that. I have a sinus infection and I was being seen for such. I did not take a covid test because I don’t have any covid symptoms and I didn’t think it was necessary to receive a covid test. They refused to give me a doctors note without a covid test, as well as they wouldn’t prescribe me any medicine for my allergies/sinus pressure. She said without a covid test she couldn’t properly diagnose me… I will not be returning to this urgent care because as soon as I denied a covid test all of the staff turned a cold shoulder to me.

I made an appointment at 330p, found out i had a broken ankle the first clinic informed me that they didn’t have splints and to go to another clinic and was told by the first clinic they will get you right in all you need is a splint…. I get to the next clinic and I’m waiting for them see all the other people before i came in…
