Can’t speak highly enough of you guys. I love the team here! I’ve been a patient seems like forever since following Dr Kliennert from her previous practice. I continue to refer as many friends and family as I can to the practice and the trusted practitioners here. I’m always well taken care of by the entire team. I feel listen to and remembered. Quality of care is what I received every time! Bella goes out of her way to get you taken care of. Anna is a trusted member of my health team and works side by side with Dr Kliennert. All the medical assistants do the same for the doctors and PAs. I love this place for that . I’ve moved several times since joining here and I still call this place my health care home! Thank you very much kindly Dee

They exceeded my expectations from the start, we came in on a Saturday am and were able to get right in. The staff was amazing and helpful and we were in and out quickly.

Unfortunately, while the staff is kind, they coded my COVID test as non-reimbursable. After 9 months of both my insurance and I working to resolve the code and appeal after appeal, this clinic refused to correct the code, even though I met the lawful criteria. I am appalled at the lack of help they offered me in resolving the case. My insurance called them 8 separate times with no answer. I personally visited the office to speak with the billing rep 3 separate times, one of which I had BCBS on hold so that all 3 parties could bring resolution instead of playing the 'he said/she said' game. No active follow up to me on the status. The pure lack of help from the billing department is highly disappointing. If you want to personally project manage the billing codes they use, maybe a great spot. Otherwise, you may want to find another provider - there are plenty in this area. PSA: COVID TESTS ARE NOT ALWAYS FREE HERE. They have lost my family's business.

My mother ONLY arrived 5 min *before* her appointment and was not permitted to see her doctor. The receptionist told my mother that patients are "requested" to arrive 15 min before their appointment and that my mother needed to reschedule. Both my parents have been patients at this office for many years and were never told about this requirement before. Even then the receptionist did not say it was a requirement but a request... and yet my mother, 2 minutes BEFORE her appointment time, was denied service. This "requirement" is not in any of the 4+ booking confirmations or appointment reminders that were sent. My mother was condescendingly told that she obviously knew about it because her appointment history shows that she consistently arrived early. They assumed my mother knew something because my mother is conscientious. They gaslit her. They did not give her ANY benefit of the doubt even though they could see evidence in front of them that my mother consistently arrived early. We previously watched them turn away another mother for arriving less than 5 min late while that mother begged in tears. She had left work early in order to pick up her daughter from school and was struggling to get there with traffic. We thought that situation was atrocious, but sadly did not speak up. Even then we did not know there was a 15 min pre-appointment deadline. My parents really like their doctors... but they are not good enough to deal with a front desk staff this condescending, incompetent at communication and frankly cruel. *** Let's also talk about a medical practice that requires high risk patients to sit in a small medical waiting room for a minimum of 15 minutes next to other sick patients during a pandemic. Let's talk about a medical office that has such poor communication that they label a requirement as a request and fail to put that requirement in writing at all. Let's talk about the fact that my parents are on medicare and the chance this office is trying to get rid of their less profitable patients? My parents will simply find new practitioners. I will be looking into lawyers.
