I have been going to Garden city Treatment Center for 15 years or so. They have a fantastic staff and excellent doctors. They make me comfortable and work with me to address my health concerns. I had a serious skin infection a couple of years ago. Doctor Creighton new exactly what it was and gave me the appropriate shot for two consecutive days. This effectively stopped the infection. I've seen all the doctors at GCTC at one time or another, for injuries, bronchitis, and the flu. They're always on the ball! I really don't care if I have to wait an extra 10 minutes or so now and then. Getting treated by Garden City Treatment Center is worth the wait. Leo T

Dr Creighton was pleasant and the diagnosis fit the symptoms and objective info. My issue was they sent the prescription to the pharmacy, Arythromyacin vs Amoxicilan. I jad to drive to the clinic the next day being you don't get anyone on the phone. They said it was all set. Almost 48 hours later , no prescription from them. After 24 hours i called the regular clinic I go to off South County Trail, explained my situation and they called in the prescription without having me come in.

Took mom on a emergency visit where she was bleeding from her elbow, right rib pain and right hip pain. Her level of pain was grade 10. She is 77 years old and fell on the patio at home. We got there at 530pm taken right away and then waited 1 1/2 hours while she was bleeding. Finally, she got into x-ray and luckily did not have any fracture. She had 5 stitches at 730pm 2 hours later. The nurse Debra was ok at first but I found her later to be very rude where she brought me the papers to sign for my mom saying.....sign there ...then said I don't care what you do initial or sign it.....I dropped the paperwork in sock then said I don't want you to pick it up due to the attitude ...then I picked it up ... I was so worried about my mother that was the first thing on my mind after waiting so long and to be talked to like she addressed me. I will definitely have second thoughts about bringing my 77 year old mother there if an emergency arises again. The room was not cleaned out the wastebasket was overflowing with the paper from the table you see patients on ..it was not sanitary. Experience was poor. The doctor did not have a good bedside manner.

My experience was terrible here. I was running a high fever for a few days and just feeling awful. The Dr. said I had a sinus infection. 2 days later I was admitted into the hospital with the diagnosis of Cdiff, a far cry from sinusitis. Don’t go here if you are feeling really sick!

I went to Garden City Treatment Center on January 29th suffering from chest pain and pressure. When asked why I was there, I told the screener I was having chest pain & pressure and that my cardiologist told me to come. She told me I couldn't be allowed in because chest pressure is a symptom of Covid-19 and refused to let me in to be checked. I sent an email to GCTC explaining what happened. The reply I received stated that the screener said I presented with sinus pain & pressure and refused a Covid test, which is untrue. I was "presenting with" CHEST pain & pressure and would gladly have taken a Covid test, but it was not offered. As a person potentially having a heart attack, per GCTC policy, I should've been admitted immediately, but I was sent away instead.

Its very disturbing when you take your child here to be seen, and you overhear a doctor telling a nurse "get em in and get em out". To me that means, a doctor will just tell you anything to get the patient out of the ER. I do not believe I will be returning here for myself or my child if that's the attitude of doctors this clinic allows to take care of their patients.
