I have used this urgent care a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the NP is great. I get taken care of very efficiently.

Sabasious cyst abscess and painful. Asked np to drain it. The needle for novicane hurt so bad I screamed STOP! She tried again and I yelled again in pain. I had to walk out of urgent care Granite city as this large needle was suppose to go in 5 times to numb the abscess and the pain of needle was to great for me. I went to Gateway Regional ER and the needle was much smaller and I could tolerate it 5 times. They drained the bad abscess and I’m a happy camper. But the money I spent, 60 at ug care and 90 at ER is hard to swallow because I still have to spend 250.00 with a surgeon to cut out the cyst that keeps getting infected.
