Been to this urgent care before, close to home and I don’t have a primary doctor yet, moved here with Coast Guard. Wait was not too bad and nurse was very sweet-Christian. I enjoyed Dr. Hughes, found out he was prior military and he quickly figured out my problem. Doing much better and he gave me the name of a good primary care doc. Thank you for all you do

I came in sick and was seen by Lyndsey Day. She’s very compassionate. She gets five stars from me.

I have known the Dr. Shannon Waters for years. She is a good and godly person, with a kind spirit. She is an inspiration and has given freely of her time to help in areas of the world greatly underserved. I go to the urgent care clinic in West Mobile frequently, as getting into see my own doctor is often involved in terms of long waits for the appointment and waiting again at the office. Love the brother and sister team of these doctors.

The wait times can get long. Normally, I'm in and out in about 15 minutes for just a B12 shot. Very friendly staff.

Always had good experiences in the past. Staff were good but Dr. Hughes was unconcerned and not engaged. He did not introduce himself but worse did not even do an examination on my daughter to rule out a sinus infection. Basic exam to include listening to breath sounds, look in back of throat and ears, and palpate neck for swollen glands. That's stuff taught in medical school. Get back to basics doctor.

I was there yesterday. I was asking the guy in front ? about the test. His reply, you can’t go through that door. I wasn’t he was nasty. The Practioner didn’t seem to be concern. My first time and last time footing there doors. I know everybody is in an up roar but attitudes means a lot to a business.

In 2018 I went here. They used my credit card and charged too much so I have been paying interest on that even though I have called 2 times and the person answering their phone seemed to understand. This is not a credit , it looks a lot like theft. It is an Urgent Care keeping my credit card in play since 2018 (interest plus). Please refund my money now.
