New facility. No wait for a flu shot. Excellent experience. I'm going to apply for a primary care doctor there too. I'm glad I went there. Just had a bad experience with CVS that wouldn't take my insurance. Left there to use this facility.

Really impressed with this facility. My little guy fell from our swing and wasn’t able to bear weight afterwards. Front desk staff were friendly, our lobby wait was less than 5 minutes, the M.A. who did our initial screening was kind, the P.A. (Molly) was incredibly sweet and efficient, and my 5 year old was comfortable enough with the x-ray tech that he didn’t mind me leaving the room. I’m an RN, and familiar with the idea that bedside manner makes or breaks an experience. This staff definitely made our experience a wonderful one!

I am visiting here from Florida. I was reluctant to go to an Urgent Care because of past bad experiences. *This is the best Urgent Care I have experienced.* I had no problems with my out of network insurance claim, I was seen in a timely manner, and left with a prescription for my issue. I recommend them, and would not hesitate to go back if needed.

Well, it was Saturday morning and I had to go to Hanover Express care.I signed in at the kiosk, with a wait time of 2 to 30 minutes. Not 5 minutes passed and my name was called. I had the pleasure of being treated by Heather and Jenny. Both were pleasant and professional, doing their best to put me at ease. They answered my questions and even accommodated my request to have a test run differently. As I was leaving the exam room. ALL the staff said "goodbye, feel better soon, etc". The young lady at the admission desk was very pleasant as well. This is the second time I have gone to Hanover Express Care and both times, I was treated well...with the staff trying to do their best to diagnose and treat my ailment. Thank you to Heather and Jenny and the other assistant with very curly hair for making me feel at ease.

Tried to access care there this past saturday was told i had to call the phone number posted on the door to get screened. Signs posted on door are very confusing. Tried calling the number and using option 2 but it kept going back to the same message then would disconnect. Tried calling the number at least three times. I told the person inside I couldn’t access the system. Instead of her trying to call me or help she just told me to call again. After 15 min with no success went down the road to med express. Had no issues there and great care. Don’t waste your time at hanover hospitals urgent care

The staff was wonderful except for the PA named Terri. She was so rude and condescending I was shocked. I worked critical care for 43 years and I never ever treated any of my patients that way. She didn’t care how I felt or what I had to say. When I was in management she would have been severely reprimanded. She gives your facility a bad name!!

Wait times are over an hour every time. Second visit for the same issue and I’ve waited at least an hour and a half in the waiting room the online portal doesn’t exist on the page so trying tocheck in beforehand is impossible. Also an additional 20-30 minute wait after your in the exam room ~ not express at all
