Nursing and ancillary staff were very good and attentive. Wait was a little lengthy for all the more patients there but I was okay with that. The doctor was just adequate and did not address my pain issue what so ever. I informed the doctor the ruptured ear drum was excrutiating pain and throbbed the entire side of my face and teeth. I ate enough ibuprofen to destroy my stomach in the last two days with mild pain relief and I had to seek pain relief care else where the next day.

Nice clean place. All the staff was nice and professional the wait was long in the Urgent Care, but they are the only one in town. It is however a complete waste of time. They take you money and offer no actual resolution for your symptoms. They also will charge you for the flu test and then say that it is unreliable when the test results come back negative. If your in need of antibiotics do not go to this clinic. You have the flu. Complete waste of time and money. Pahrump deserves better!

Very nasty nurse who was apparently in a rush to get back to the easter candy she was binging on in the back, performed no sort of actual exam, declared there was nothing wrong with me, and that I just wanted to be sick (?). I got an actual dr. appt a couple days later and had a very infected ear that required two courses of antibiotics and also I was severely hypothyroid, a condition that can be identified immediately by obvious facial characteristics that she completely ignored. That could have turned out very badly had I not been able to get an appt with a real doctor so "quickly." Beware the old lady that looks like mrs. santa claus!!!

Two times I e been to Urgent care and got women doctors Cane and another from Louisiana. Both of them were inexperienced, incorrect about basic information, and both refused to treat me after I waited hours to be seen. They minimized and refused to believe my symptoms, and, the one from Louisiana actually said “ketamine doesn’t cause amnesia” and got up to leave when I told her she was wrong. Dr. Cane refused to believe that people’s medical records can be hacked. It is medical malpractice when a doctor refuses to listen to a patient, insisting computers don’t lie. I was referred to an infectious disease doctor. When I said they don’t treat this, I tried, she said, “ yes they do.” I’ve never had anyone refuse to treat me after I waited hours except this place and it has happened twice with the same doctor - Marcie Cane there both times. I wish they would find someone else to be at this facility. She is too naive, inexperienced, and arrogant to listen to reason.
