First Health Urgent Care provides the best medical service for our community. Corvid 19 safety guide lines are followed here. One is greeted at the front desk professionally and processing you in quickly and is so organized. When your turn comes, you are greeted by someonewho takes your vitals and makes note of what you are there to be checked. You are treated with respect and concern for medical needs by the entire staff who comes into contact with you. You are escorted to a room and before you know it, your medical provider walked in, greets you kindly, listened to why you are there, checks you, explains what is going on with you, how you are going to be treated, sends any prescriptions to your pharmacy, instructs you to follow up with your primary Doctor if needing further treatment or could return there. First Heslth is clean with an atmosphere of wanting to serve everyone with the best health care.

I wanted to say thank you to the entire team that saw me yesterday. Every individual was pleasant, efficient, called me by my name, looked me in the eye and said "I hope you feel better". Even though I had a "Save my Spot" time reserved I went there, based on trips to other urgent care facilities, expecting to wait a long time. I didn't. I was called back a few minutes before my appointed time and never waited more than a couple of minutes between my vitals being taken, seeing the PA, the x-ray tech, the woman that gave me shots and the PA again. All of my questions were answered and I walked away thinking "I wish this facility was my primary care facility". If urgent care is needed in the future for me or any members of my family, I will not hesitate to see them again. Highly recommended!

I only wanted a covid 19 test but they took my vital signs and had a PA see me. They didn't ask permission and the fee was $500.00 This is a waste of Medicare funds and shouldn't be allowed.

Booked on line at 11AM. Said I should be there at 1:10 for a 1:20 visit. I arrived, the clinic was packed, no pre-screening and I waited 35 minutes and asked how much longer. Was told about 2 more hours. Waste of time sending in the save the time. All the desk person said was that's the way it is. Time is approximate. That was a total waste of time. Don't waste your time, go to Doctors Care. When they call it a clinic, it is worse than the county health clinic.

The option to hold your place in line when you arrive is a scam! They’ll give you a check in time, let you register on line, text you updates of how your check in time is delayed: when you finally come back 2 hours later they say you have to get back in line and the wait is still 2 more hours for you. Do not go here.

Horrible customer service. Came in and there was absolutely no one in the office. I had to fill some paperwork and they called 4 people in front of me until I came to the front desk and complained. Nurse had an attitude trying to explain to justify their logic which made zero sense. Stay away and go somewhere else.

They will not answer the phones or call anyone back who leaves a message. Ridiculous.
