Long wait. Last evening we were inconvenienced as the Urgent care clinic was closed too early per Open Posted Hours. We were sent from the regular clinic to go to the urgent care clinic when we got there around 6pm, it was closed but it supposed to be open until 8pm on Fridays. Another thing, there was offensive translation in Somali in the room translated as "Do not collect mask from here". It didn't match the English version and I think it is machine/google translation but we find it very offending. There is no need for us to collect or take ur masks from your clinic.

The first nurse asked me to move chairs even though I was in pain, she also didn't even tell me who she was rather just started asking me questions. How about "Hi, I am so and so, the intake nurse" Doctor was fine, except when I asked her how she knew my x-ray showed a non-obstruction. When asked how she knew that she showed ne the x-ray report and said "because it says right here". You should bring the x-rays into the exam room and explain them. I had asked to see them and was never shown. All total I was there for 3 hours and that was after a 2.5 hour wait for admission.

My favorite part was the doctor whom was knowledge in my area of concern and could give me additional options in treatment, even a option that I haven’t tried before and that had never been offered before today. It helped a lot and I’m able to move similar in my normal way

Long wait time just to have tests done that take less than 30 min

After waiting an hour to get into a room, I was told that the doctor had just finished with her last patient and would be in in a few minutes. After another hour of waiting in the room, I went and asked if I could leave since I was missing time from work, and the doctor was just sitting around talking. She then came in and asked me why I hadn’t gotten the Covid vaccine (which has nothing to do with my appointment), and when I told her it was advised by my doctor not to, she told me doesn’t know why any doctor would ever say that and talked for 5 minutes about why I should get it. As for what I went there for, at the end she told me I just have to wait it out and it’s just a little cough and there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s not just a little cough, I have been completely unable to breathe, and never go to the doctor but thought that this was finally bad enough that I should. I ended being treated as though I am stupid and regret wasting 3 hours of my day there.

We had to go in for our baby daughters fever on Friday night. We were immediately out at ease with the attentive and thorough care once we were in. We were given the information clearly and timely. We felt like we were a part of the process instead of just being told what was going on. We were able to leave and have her rest at home with medication and were really impressed with the whole experience. But then, it got even better when we got a call the next morning from the doctor, I believe it was Dr Bajaj (sorry for not remembering exactly!) just checking to see how she was feeling and how her night was. We felt so impressed with the call to just check in. Then a few days later, after a few days of her antibiotics and resting have kicked in, we got another call checking in on her progress. The continued showing of care for her just means so much and instills so much confidence in going to Healthpoint again. Thank you for putting these new parents at ease with our first baby urgent care experience!

What's the point to have operating hours from 8-16 pm, if I brought my son at 14:25 and was told "Unfortunately, we already check in our last pt for the day, doctors will not see anymore patients." Please, Healtpoint, change your hours of operation then, until 14:25 pm, or your employees getting paid for playing on the phone rest of the time? By the way, front desk lady was rude, didn't even apologies or offer other alternatives, and by time we left, we heard front desk refusing for few more pt. That's how you loosing patients to other medical facilities. Worse customer service ever!!!

My symptoms were completely overlooked due to my age and what they thought I had would have been comfortable with a blood test. Guess what they didn't do? Didn't run anything on me just sent me home and told me it was basically my pcp problem now.

This is probably the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to some in Auburn and Federal Way in Renton but the staff was super helpful and super tentative to my certain issues I was having. They were very courteous and even helped me enroll in health insurance before my new insurance at my job kicked in and got my policy number so I could schedule future appointments
