I came to Providence Urgent Care at lunchtime and had expected to have a long wait but to my surprise it was only 15 minutes. The reception staff and intake nurse plus Doctor were all professional and efficient. Facilities were very clean.

your facility in Anaheim Hills sucks. I got here at 9:45am was called at 10:30am have been sitting in the room for an hour with no end in sight. you shouldn't be running an urgent care you should run a fruit stand.

Went to this urgent care to be seen by a doctor, but no Dr on duty..Just a nurse practitioner who barely spent any time with me. Felt rushed, and felt like she just wanted to rush me out of the room, which makes sense about her comment when she entered the room. When she entered the room she told me that her and the other nurses were trying to decide who was going to see me?? Like pull the shortest stick, you lose!! That's how I felt, when she made that comment, Really?? Very poor care. I now now need to go back to my physician during the week because my needs weren’t addressed. They could care less about your health here, and they are not knowledgeable and terrible care and assistance.They do not listen to the patient! Nurse tried to prescribe me a drug that I was allergic to, even after she read it from my file... DO NOT GO HERE! I certainly won’t ever go there again!!
