Was given a container for a urinalysis which was open. Not given instructions other than urinate into the container. No soap to clean hands with. Initially told I had a UTI. Received call 2 days later explaining my urinalysis was contaminated and I may or may not have a UTI. I spoke to the person at the front desk who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go to another hometown urgent care facility and will never refer anyone to go there.
