If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Hospitality Health ER Tyler is an emergency room, commonly called an E.R., providing critical and life saving healthcare services to patients throughout theTyler area through their location at3943 Old Jacksonville Hwy. They are required by law to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on national holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
While their availability can be enticing, you should really only visit an E.R. if you absolutely have to as they can be quite expensive and have much longer wait times than an walk-in urgent care center. In fact, some insurance carriers have begun to refuse paying for emergency room visits that were in fact non-emergent. An interesting fact that about 50% of emergency room diagnosis could be addressed at a quicker, less expensive urgent care center.

Hospitals make me uneasy, since I have white coat syndrome and I am so afraid to go to the doctor. But this place is AMAZING and so thorough! They made me feel so comfortable listened to all my questions and concerns. On top of all that took the pain straight away! They are the friendliest staff!! I recommend coming to this place for any health issues or concerns! Thanks Hospitality ER Tyler!!💛

went twice… one was a great experience, and the other time they were overwhelmed and it was not as great of an experience. When I let them know about it, they were very gracious and made sure that we did not get billed for either of the visits. Highly recommended because of their care for patient satisfaction. I will say that their billing to department can be slow, so there is a possibility that you will get a bill a year later or more.

If you are sick and don’t have money or insurance, don’t go here. They would rather you die if you don’t have a visit payment upfront. Better off just going to a normal emergency room because they don’t care about your health. Just the money coming out of your pocket.

This place is horrible… It looks pretty at first, but we went with a tiny baby and were left in a hallway for an hour, then put in a dirty back room and forgotten about for hours. They were supposed to run a flu test and just forgot, so we finally gave up and went home when we decided that the baby’s fever was breaking anyway. Now, A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, we got a bill for $300. So discouraging.
