It was ok sanitation seems to be an issue see multiple people going in and out of the door for over 30min never see staff sanitize handles, staff touches handles, replaces gloves do not wash hands I see better sanitation standards in the average fast-food restaurant down the street

First and foremost, the gentleman who administered our tests was excellent. He was kind and thorough with his explanations, and performed the nasal swab professionally. My issues with my experience are based solely in the use of the Solv app and the way we were treated upon check in. The text message notifications we received directed us to check in online and then wait. However, we waited for over 30 minutes and were not seen, even though other walk up patients who arrived after us were seen before us. We did not realize that we were also required to check in inside upon arrival, as we were not directed to do so by the notifications we received nor on the website we checked in on, nor was there any clear signage that the staff was not using the Solv digital check in as part of their process. When we asked why we were waiting so long, no action was taken by the check in staff to rectify the situation. They simply added us to the end of their hand written list and told us to continue waiting outside. They did say the words “I’m sorry, but it’s not our fault” many times, but refused to address the issue. If the app check in is not going to be used on site, that information needs to be clearly displayed so that nobody else is left standing around and waiting when they were lead to believe they were checked in by the app.

Using the Solv app to get tested at Hummingbird Covid Testing was a JOKE!!! We would have been better off walking up. We followed instructions and checked in through the app, which told us to remain outside until called. About eight folks who arrived AFTER us as walk-ups were seen before us. We waited 45 minutes before finally going inside, which we’d been avoiding so as to be respectful to patients and staff. We were told because we hadn’t come inside, we weren’t checked in!!! Even though I had my phone saying exactly what time we’d arrived and what place in line we “supposedly” were—THIRD! They were completely unsympathetic and just kept making excuses, saying they don’t even look at the app and it doesn’t update them. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT?! They didn’t even put us as “next,” they put us at the bottom of the list. We were there for an hour and a half, when it should have take less than 30 minutes, based on when we arrived and when the people who came after us left. We had to re-do our entire registration, which we’d already spent time doing, and provide our health insurance and ID info all over again. The entire process was tedious, frustrating, and the check in staff could not have cared less. I will say, the gentleman who actually performed our tests was super kind, expedient, explained everything well, and had terrific bedside manner. He was definitely the saving grace of the whole awful experience!!! This place and app would probably have gotten 5 stars from me if they hadn’t bull****ed us from start to finish, OR had made ANY attempt to show us some extra kindness and compassion or to rectify the situation by getting us in promptly once they’d realized a mistake had been made. There’s also ZERO signage explaining things, save for one measly QR code taped to the front door for walk-ups—which was only in English, and we saw a few folks who were struggling to understand. Poor communication, poor accessibility. Also, NOT everyone has a smart phone so I hope they’ll consider adding another method for check in. Disappointing day—stressful, embarrassing, and—it was my BIRTHDAY, no less. :( Thank GOODNESS the results turnaround was at least super fast and we got negative results!!!!

I arrived for my 11AM appointment 10 minutes early and checked in on the app which said there were two people in front of me. Around 11:45 I noticed people who has arrived after me being tested to I tried to enter the building to ask about my appointment but was told to wait outside. A few minutes later a woman came outside to check us all in and still took a few people who had appointments after. The actual testing was very quick and I received my results about ten minutes after my test which was around noon at that point.

The girl at the front came out and ask for insurance cards. Most sites tell us never mind. I waited and waited. The results were not 15 min. It was hrs and my daughter never received her results. The emails were so weird 2 for me and 2 for each child. But one child was missing. They sent her brothers and then told me to create a separate email since they are twins. Used another email same issue. The emailed addressed with my daughter's name opened it to find her brother's name as patient. I test allot never had this experience..I lost hope after 3 attempts. . So please reimbursed the insurance.

I took a rapid test, tested negative and then 10 days later received the positive PCR test, after it was too late. I was out in the community with my small children, thinking everything was ok. I’m vaccinated and had a negative rapid test. To get results back 10 days afterward and find out it was positive is unacceptable,
