Quest Diagnostics - 2905 N Main St
After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

Tierra and Natasha were wonderful. I went to the facility on Pershing Road it, it does not have a drive thru. However, Tierra offered to come outside to my car to administer the test. I really appreciated it so very much. I had my Godbaby with me so they just took extra care and precautions. 20 Star appointment.

The nice gal working the desk helped me right away and sent a link to my phone to check in since I had trouble going thru website. She was very patient and professional. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but both times she was there and ran my quick result test as well as the PCR. Both test results came back quickly and the PCR results are also emailed and phone notification. It is extremely helpful to be able to go to a walk in clinic for testing.

Great experience! The staff is awesome and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to be helpful. The test is easy. In and out fast as far as wait time. Staff even booked my next appointment.

This has far been my go to place when I am needing to get tested. They are quick and super friendly. They always make me feel welcome and get me in and out.

Ashley was very polite and curious. She brightened my day when I was being sent all over town to find a place to have my testing done. I will be reaching out to your staff to have my daughter tested before going to Children's Hospital in St Louis. I have found it difficult to find a place that will cooperate with out of state facilities. I wish you would do some more advertising so more people would be aware you are here and your convenience.

Tiara was quick to get me seated and made sure to check in while I was waiting to tested. I think she is the most friendly and warm person I’ve had here. In and out!

These ladies were very nice. Stopped me from worrying about being around my family and holding my 6 month old grandson. They took me right away Set Me Down and told me not to worry and gave me a test. And the test came back negative. Would you put my mind at rest. God bless them, for working and helping other people.

The manager Natasha was so kind and made such a lasting impact. Not only did she stay past 5 so I could get tested, but she also told me she was going to be working Thanksgiving (in a few days) for two reasons- so her employees could have off and so that people wanting to be sure they’re safe before seeing loved ones could get tested and have peace of mind. Such a godly woman who truly ministered to me in a short but sweet time together.

The young lady that assisted me was there by herself, due to someone not showing up. There were nine people in the office and two were children that were getting tested prior to going to school. She handled the issue very professionally and since I wasn't in a hurry, I told her to take her time and not rush. She was very appreciative as well as I.

First visit, needed a rapid Covid-19 test before the Thanksgiving holiday. PCR test through work would not get results back in time. Had to wait in line for a bit, but the staff was tremendously helpful and friendly with patients. They did an awesome job with a large quantity of people! The two staff ladies were working so hard to get people tested the day before a holiday! A great experience!

A great experience for an older person as I was helped with anything I needed help with. The staff person was so kind and considerate of me. Thank you that I was able to walk in for the test as my computer doesn’t like me!!

I will be back here for any further testing needed! I loved the atmosphere and friendly customer service. Very professional and welcoming. I will be recommend this facility to my friends and family.

I have no complaints. The two young individuals did a good job being friendly and welcoming. The process was quick and easy. We did not wait at all. Check in was easy. I booked online. It was simple. I would recommend this location to get Covid testing.

I was very impressed with this facility and the cleanliness. The staff was so friendly and patient. There were children getting tested and the staff kept them calm, making them laugh. I would recommend this testing site to everyone needing tested. I only waited a few mins. Check in was great. I went to the web site and made an appt.

Was having trouble getting a test everywhere else. For some reason doctor did not order a Covid test even though I had symptoms. Hospital didn’t even understand since he ordered other tests. I tested negative and feel so relieved although I found out I do have pneumonia.

I very glad this place is available for testing. I was very sick and needed a test. I was in and out and it was free. Thank you so much !

The staff working today were AWESOME! This location was really busy due to another location rerouting others to this location because the locks were frozen to get into that facility. They were also closed the day before due to the holiday so that also increased their testing volume. The staff kept the line moving and were extremely friendly even under a stressful situation.

I made my appointment on Sunday and booked an appointment for Monday morning @ 805am. The staff opened up at 8am and I was promptly tested and received my results @ approximately 815am and was then out the door. I received my National Clinical Lab test results Tuesday confirming my rapid test result. Also the staff was very friendly and professional and clearly explained the testing procedure. I highly recommend Solvhealth for Covid testing.

The facility was in close proximity to my home. The staff conducting the testing was very patient with us in completely the paperwork correctly. She was professional in administering the test.

It is a great place to get tested. I signed up on line. The forms was easy to fill out and the process was quick. The staff was, friendly and professional. The only problem was the mobile site could be more identifiable. I missed it the first time and was late for my appointment. I would recommend this site for anyone who was a test.

Decatur Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
