I was immediately taken into the back room based on my appointment time. Napoli was very friendly, asked health questions, and did my Covid test. The nurse practitioner was also very friendly. I couldn’t have gone to a better health facility.

I cannot remember the last time I received such caring and compassion in a medical facility. The folks at the front desk were kind and listened attentively. The nurse was very sweet and gentle and the doctor was informative and honest. The wait was short, the facility very clean and the video footage in the treatment room was artistic and calming. I don’t normally leave a review unless the experience truly left an impression. I definitely recommend ImmediateCare!
