The very worst. I have been waiting for my refund for over 2 yrs. Very unprofessional. Billing department never answers the phone or call you back. As a healthcare facility this is the worst there is.

Horrible experience. Made me stay outside with my one year old because he had a throat infection. Waited 2 hours and was not even seen. I've never written a bad review ever. They didn't explain what would happen and their process. Horrible service from all staff including the "Dr" Don't come here and certainly don't being your children

I highly would not recommend this to urgent care, especially if you’re bringing your children. I brought my child here And we left at 6:35pm. The medication was not sent to Walgreens until 8:57pm. The doctor gave me no summary of care and or a clear understanding of what prescriptions are being ordered. The front staff was complaining about the back staff and their work ethics. There were no other patients in the lobby when I came, however, they complained about being severely busy during the day. I don’t think it’s appropriate for the inconsistency that the staff provided. I would much rather go to another facility that has care And structure that I am used to so that I understand how to treat my son once I leave their office. While I was there they also gave my son to medicines in th I had to ask is that Tylenol, he said yes, and I never got any paperwork to say what those medications were. In that office I asked if that was Tylenol but I never found out what the second medication wise. My son had a fever and instead of them telling me as the parent what his fever was, they came into the room and asked my son if he could takeoff his jacket, and told HIM, he had a fever-he is 8. I had to ask what his fever was…I was under the assumption that I would get paperwork when I left. Unfortunately, the only paper that I was handed to without explanation was a map that said to get a scan of his chest STAT in the morning. I asked questions where do I do this how do I do this what does this mean… He stated it’s just precautionary in case he needs anabiotic’s. I understand that this may not be of a concern however I would just like to put it out there so that other people know in case they expect a certain care or summary when they leave the office.
