I had cut my finger on a razor. Call another urgent care and the automated answer system hung up on me twice. Then asked me for a quality control survey. I called In-OUT Urgent care. A nice persn answered told me to come right over. Arrived receptionist was helpful, paperwork was simple + Id + medical cards. Three minute wait and I was in the room with the Nurse Practitioner. She was very professional. "Super Glue" on the cut - directions for care and on my way home. AWESOME

Ok, I went to this facility on July 28th for a 2nd COVID-19 pcr test bc my job informed me 30min prior I was positive COVID-19 pcr. Well, 2weeks went past and Urgent care never called with my results. I tried calling them and couldn't get them. I tried again on 3rd maybe 4th week and got someone on the phone. I explained the above to the nurse she looked up my results and told me i was positive of the COVID-19 pcr test. I'm glad I followed the COVID-19 quarantine guidelines of the CDC plus took EXTRA quarantine precautions! If not, I could have been the irresponsible person and spread/she'd this Virus to the community. The response I got from the nurse was that they were too busy to call me with my positive results bc off all the back to school testings. In my opinion that's a poor justification for me and the community. Corporate office please contact me as I've been looking for your number to report this event. By the way I'm a nurse in Quality mgt! Thank you, 504 717 5789
