This place was great, hands down. We were in a hurry for a rush COVID test and they took us in ASAP, even before our scheduled appointment. Fantastic service!

The staff here was excellent. There was no wait time. The MA and PA were thorough and great! Was able to get in and out quickly and get medication to start to feel better. As a nurse myself I thought this was an awesome place and would recommend it to anyone who needs to be seen medically.

I was supposed to get a travel COVID test yesterday, but they ran out and having a flight today I was stressed. The folks at the crossroads indigo were very friendly despite an overwhelming number of people trying to get tests. They also made sure I got results back in time for my flight. Thank you so much

The wait time was a little long but they are SO busy. It is almost impossible for the front desk person to check people with appointments in as she has a steady stream of people coming in (without appointments). Be kind…these frontline workers are doing the best they can under an insane amount of demand and pressure.

The staff was beyond friendly, they were knowledgeable, they were comforting. They didn’t make me feel rushed and allowed me to get all my questions answers. Would totally recommend because of my experience with the staff!!

The provider was the polar opposite of why I go to Indigo (or rather went). Ignored my medical history, attempted to bully me out of treatment, physically hurt me until I said things she wanted me to say, then appeared to decide that me talking in a way she disliked and having existing brain damage meant I was having a stroke. I would be shocked if she thought I was a legally competent adult. I would be equally shocked if she’d ever seen an otoscope before, given her apparent (lack of) skill with one.

Scheduled a appointment for 10:30 wasn’t taken into a room until 12:00 then sat another 30-40 min . Zero communication as to why, when they finally came in my “care” was very rushed and lasted maybe 5-10min very little was conveyed to me. I was told to do “at home PT” then never given instructions or even a list of the actual exercises so I have no clue what I’m supposed to do.
