I drive the extra distance from my home as I have always found the staff at the Bothell, WA location to be friendly and helpful. I feel my health care needs are addressed and the medical staff listens to my concerns.

Everyone is always incredibly friendly and efficient! It’s one of the only medical offices where I don’t feel like an inconvenience. They’re really good at providing information and answering any questions or concerns I have. If I need to go to urgent care I will definitely return here! Thank you!

This is the first time my 52 years of living where I’ve gone in with a sinus infection and the doctor did not ask about my head or even fill my sinus cavities how can someone like that be practicing medicine? He appeared to be more of a germ a phobia than a doctor I do not recommend going here if you were actually sick

I would like to be contacted to get a refund for my e appointment. Online it said I would get results in 24 hours. When I went in they said they would send in results in up to 2 days. That was not the test that I signed up for because I work in health care and needed a rapid test. Plus online it said free covid testing not free with insurance so when I went in they said they were going to charge up to 200 for the test. I can’t call because no one will pick up or email to contact anyone about my issue. Overall very disappointing in the experience.
