Obviously this person that helped me wasn't well educated he couldn't prescribe a simple medication for a severe earache and infection, I was in so much pain and he couldn't figure what to prescribe me I finally got up and walked out. After 3 1/2 hrs of being in there crying I was in so much pain. Now I will have to spend another 3 hrs at the emergency room if the pain keeps getting worse. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN I NEEDED HELP AND DIDNT GET THE HELP I NEEDED.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. At first I had an estimated wait time of 2 hours but they informed me of an available spot the moment it became available and I only waited 10 min total. This was my first time visiting urgent care on my own and they made the experience feel just like any other visit I'd have with my healthcare practitioner, overall I would recommend getting care here

Amazing experience! I was able to book an appointment same day, and then be seen 40 minutes early for this appointment. The provider who took care of me was AMAZING and had a great sense of humor.

Being able to pick an appointment time was really nice and made it way less stressful. Check in was easy. The nurse was very nice and I appreciated her letting us know the doctor would be a little bit. The doctor was really nice and was able to diagnose my problem quickly while also reassuring me it was a treatable condition.

My first visit was a long wait. I believe only 1 Dr. To take care of all patients. I did make the appt online ahead of time. The Dr did take his time with me and made sure sore was expelled .My second follow up was a much shorter wait. Appt made before I left office. Did online paperwork then its a breeze So yes I am happy with my care from Dr. Ball amd Dr Sti gh. Hopefully on the mend soon.Thanks for your help!

Have a UTI. Came 15 min b/4 appointment time, was in a room at appointment time, got my vitals taken and saw the Dr. minutes later. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. The Dr was a delight, very kind and caring.
