I have had to come to indigo two times and I have been treated so well and so satisfied with the care that I receive I wouldn’t go anywhere else for emergency care.

the nurse/person who took me back to take my covid test made me veey uncomfortable. he asked me why i had 2 different names- jey and jennifer- and i disclosed i am transgendee female to male. he then asked me weird and personal questions throughout my visit. he asked me "what it felt like to be a man", which i did not understand how to answer or how that would help my care. he asked me if "if i would mary a male or female"--aka asking my sexuality, but in a very weird and personal manner. i said i didnt want to get married, and he insisted "but if you did get married, would it be with a male or female". i was visibly uncomfortable and said i was gay so i guess a man. then after doing the tests i was in for, he made a comment as to the way i dressed- it was a lot of pink and he said "i was going to ask why you wear so much pink, but knowing youre gay and trans it makes sense". why make this comment? what does it mean? a cisgender or straight man can wear pink. if i was not gay or trans would he ask me why i wore pink and judge me, or ask me more wierd and rude questions? this experience has made me not want to go to an urgent care for covid tests again. i will not be coming back. staff needs to know not to ask or say comments that are personal and unnessecary to LGBT patients.

Great experience for urgent care. Had some questions about insurance and they were very helpful. Wait wasn’t too bad even on the weekend and everyone was friendly which really helped my 5 year old feel more comfortable
