Staff is awesome staring from Front desk, nurse and the provider. Gina Olson was very good.My wait time was may be 5 minutes. I was very impressed. I will recommend this location to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience, came in at the last minute and the staff was super accommodating to make sure to get me in as quickly as they could. They even offered to send me a text while I ran errands nearby. The doctor was super knowledgeable and friendly, overall a very kind person. I would come back any day, but hopefully I don’t have to ;-)

This was my first time here but it won’t be my last. The staff was amazingly friendly & offered me a water right off the bat. Both Michelle, my nurse & her trainee, Rae we’re both helpful & cordial. Dr Kahn was very thorough & explained how to care for my particular diagnosis. Thank you!

This was the second-- and most likely the last time I'll use Indigo. Once again, around one hour late to be seen. Quit allowing appointments to be made, if they're not going to be honored in a timely manner. Otherwise, nice staff, good provider interaction, clean facility.

Dr. Olson and her nurse were amazing!!! They made our family feel calm during a stressful situation. I cannot say enough good things about the staff on duty tonight.

Very friendly and thorough. Very helpful. A follow up call to me later in the evening about test results was extremely appreciated. The level of care shown was superior to any other experienced at Urgent Care facilities. We are fortunate to have this one in North Gig Harbor.

I don't feel like they understood my level of pain and discomfort and didn't seem to try to remedy it other than medication.

I really liked the staff, and the facility. However, I was extremely disappointed with the wait time. I understand that it's a small clinic with one provider but when you're sick and you make an appointment time and end up waiting an hour and a half, it negates making the appointment, and I could've just tried to get into my PCP's office.

I came in today first thing this morning for PCR Covid testing after my son was positive a few days ago. I jumped out of bed like a mess to get there in time for opening knowing they would probably be busy, and they are understandably so, I hope people are being patient with them. The entire process was quick, the entire staff was so friendly and kind, the facility is so clean. I was so impressed, and very happy with my visit
