We were sent here by our son's provider to get his ear infection looked at and treated right away. Seems like we were better off waiting to be seen by his pediatrician. The prescription given was hard to find and not covered by insurance. So an alternative was requested, the alternative given was a brand name of the same prescription, still not covered. The pharmacy has sent the provider a Prior Authorization form for the insurance and has not been responded to. We are at 4 days from being seen at the Indigo Maple Valley and we still have not started treating the infection. The pharmacist said that the cream is an alternative to the ointment and is available as an over-the-counter cream. We paid for the co-pay for nothing. I hope we get refunded.
