Clinic was understaffed and understocked. My appointment took over an hour due to wait time; the actual care took less than 5 minutes. Part of the care plan was to test a stool sample, but they were out of kits, so they tried to send me to another location 8 miles away and had no better alternatives to suggest.

The staff is friendly over the phone as well as in person. They were quick to see me and get me on my way all with smiles and kindness. I felt cared for and would recommend this business to others. I feel comfortable coming back to receive care again in the future.

I scheduled my Covid test for 7:20pm. I confirmed the reminder sent to me. I arrived on time. Then I was informed they didn’t have any tests available. 2 providers had dropped out that day and they apparently took 40 extra patients from another site. I was not informed of this prior to my arrival. I get that these things happen, especially in this time, but I could have at least gotten a call.

Ridiculous. I came here for a COVID test and they forced me to have a virtual visit with a doctor to “order” the test. Then they lied to me about how much it would cost. Fuck this place and all urgent care centers. All scams.

It was an absolute bait and switch. I was told I needed to get a covid test before surgery and that I should use Solv to book an appointment. When I got to indigo it turned out they needed to weigh me, take my blood pressure, and have a doctor visit me... all for a covid test. It seemed like they were just trying to bill me for a doctors visit. I told them I had no symptoms, which apparently is not allowed. They basically told me to lie and say I had a cough. I felt scammed.
