The site says they accept self paying clients, but they do not. The dimwits at the front desk need a career change. No matter how sick or injured you are, or how far you will have to drive. Stay away from this place!

Front Desk staff, Norma and Carmen were absolute the rudest and meanest medical staff members I have ever encountered in my life. Extremely hostile to me after a miscommunication about my pre employment screening. The issue wasn’t going back to the facility at a later time, it was based on how the message was delivered. The younger girl who has straight hair (I believe to be Carmen), came at me after Norma (older with curly hair) blamed me for leaving the facility, which voided my ability to get screened. She started the conversation with me already defensive and blamed me for asking a question, which “interrupted her” and prevented her from telling me not to leave the facility. This was a return visit because although my results were negative, it showed I had too much water in my urine. Norma concluded to tell me that the first time I came, I would’ve been instructed the same information, which I absolutely had not been. There are no signs, of any kind by the front door either. Pretty important information that I should’ve been aware of. While speaking to Norma, Carmen came out of nowhere through another door violently and rushed into my face with an elevated voice, speaking very fast, and close enough where I could smell her breath. Again, not mad that I would have to go back....mad that I was treated so disrespectfully. I’ll definitely let all my friends, family, and community know how I was treated. In fact, in asking others on their experience there (if any), if it was good or bad...I’ve absolutely heard nothing positive! I don’t even write reviews, or go out of my way to call corporate offices to complain...but those 2 ladies over step their boundaries.
