Worst unprofessional joke of a medical facility. It doesn't even deserve one star. My appointment time was for 4:56 pm. I showed up 10 minutes before just like they said to. I wait in the car just like the text told me to. Well, 5 minutes past my appt time, I get no text. So I go in, and they say, oh, you have ONE patient ahead of you and it might take an hour. Well, I said ok, I'll go get something to eat and they said they would text me 20 minutes before they're ready for me. So they texted me 40 minutes later and so I show up. They tell me I'm next in line. Anyways, I'm watching everyone in there go in before me. 6 o clock rolls around, I'm still not called. I ask again, she says I'm next in line. Again. Well, I wait and about 4 more clients go in before me. I ask again around 7:15. She says I'm next in line. Finally around five minutes later, I'm called. After the whole waiting room was completely empty. I was the only one there. Complete incompetent jokes. All of them. Lie after lie. They tell me my appt is at 4:56. I don't leave there until 7:45. And my time there in the doctor's room was only 15 minutes. 15. For an infected cut on my finger. That she barely even looked closely at. Shame on all of them. They should be shut down for such foolish incompetence. They should be embarrassed to call themselves professionals. Liars don't deserve to stay in business. They made me wait in waiting room full of very sick people, increasing my chances of getting sick and bringing it home to my new born. And I tell you what, if I do get a random sickness and/or covid in the next couple days and my baby does as well, I will absolutely be pressing a lawsuit against them. They lied and possibly put me and my family in harms way because of their lies. And their waiting room was dirty and I watched sick people sitting on chairs, and leaving and nobody cleaned them afterwards. So let this be an eye opener for anyone reading this. They are a joke.

Urgent Care means piss poor care at this facility. Pathetic. Absolutely Pathetic. IU HEALTH HAS THEIR NAME ALL OVER IT, SO WHY DON'T THEY FIX THE PROBELM? Took my son an hour and a half to see the doctor when there was no one in the waiting room. When he finally got to see the doctor, he came in, listened to his breathing, looked down his throat then gave his diagnosis as the common cold. My son was telling him that he has had fever for 3 days, coughing, vomiting, chills, trouble breathing, and the doctor kept interrupting him and telling him that he just needed to go home and rest and drink lots of water. recommended over the counter medications and rushed his time spent with my son. the medical coding was "coughing". no mention of breathing problems, vomiting, fever, no swabs, no throat culture, just a two minute diagnosis based on a stethoscope. Tomorrow we are going to get a second opinion. If the diagnosis is as bad as the service, it's hard telling what he could be suffering from.

Service refused for face injured female age 40. Staff would not help until husband arrived 30 minutes later with ID, etc. Staff showed no care compassion or concern. It is a disgrace to care this place "urgent care". They don't care.
