4/14/2023 I spoke with someone name Rosheena, I only needed information regarding their urgent care. I would like to say that she was very helpful and patient with me, she is also knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions so I just wanted to say thank you Miss Rosheena.

went here based on a reccomendation from a doctor friend who uses this facility, but after relaying my experience back to him, I realized how useless the care I received was. $100 for nothing. do not reccomend.

I wish to share my recent experience at Jefferson Urgent Care - Washington Square, which was deeply troubling. I discovered many reviews on platforms such as Google and Yelp expressing concerns about Dr. Hong's conduct. After my visit, I regretfully find myself in agreement with these sentiments. My interactions with Dr. Hong were far from satisfactory. Her demeanor was marked by rudeness and impatience when I attempted to articulate my symptoms, leading to an unfortunate lack of understanding and empathy during our discussion. Her approach made me feel invalidated, causing me to question my own physical experiences (gaslighting to be exact). This type of behavior can damage a patient's trust in their own judgment and even discourage them from seeking necessary medical help. What I find particularly concerning is the apparent lack of intervention from the management side regarding Dr. Hong's unprofessional bedside manner. Her continued practice at Jefferson Health, seemingly unchecked, undermines the center's commitment to patient-centered care and respect for patient experiences. According to the principles of professional conduct articulated by the Pennsylvania Medical Society, physicians should consistently strive to foster a positive contribution to their patient's health and well-being. Dr. Hong's conduct appears inconsistent with these principles. My experience at Jefferson Urgent Care has dissuaded me from returning and I have been advising my network to likewise avoid this facility, specifically due to Dr. Hong. I strongly urge that appropriate measures be taken to address Dr. Hong's behavior, or to reconsider her position within the Jefferson Health network, so as to uphold the standard of care that patients expect and deserve.

When you book an appointment online, it's not actually an appointment despite what the website tells you. The receptionist waits until you have all the paperwork filled out and then informs you of whatever the current walk-in wait time is. They say that an appointment "just lets us know that you're coming in." Wait times here can get quite long, so make an "appointment" and take PTO from work at your own risk. I ended up leaving when I heard the wait time.
