The doctor was amazing and thorough. She took the time to talk to me and go over treatment options. The facility was also very clean and modern. However the receptionist staff was extremely unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t go back for two years because of that. I called recently to ask a question figuring I would give them another chance. I had the same experience. I won’t give a place my business that has receptionist staff that talks down to me.

- [ ] This place is under bad management, short of staff and disorganized. It was last Friday afternoon. I called and asked if I need an appointment and the person answered the phone said just come in. There were two patients before me and three patients after me. I registered there and reserved the fourth empty slot since the receptionist said they need the three slots to finish off the patients inside the doctor’s office. The front desk asked my wife (non-patient) to leave the building and I said I will also wait in my car outside. She said she will call me when it is my turn. After 50 mins my wife went in to check and the front desk person asked me to go in. I found all the patients are gone from the waiting room except one. Apparently she forgot to call me. 5 mins later the last patient went in also. I also observed some of the patients came after me left too. I got really pissed off bc all the late comers went in. I said to the front desk person why she is doing this to me. She find some excuses to respond to me. The manager came out and said the urgent care does not go by first come first serve nor by schedule. They go by the urgency, but without seeing the doctor how does the front desk person determine how urgent every patient is. She is not a medical professional. I know the last patient which came after me was there for a COVID test from their conversation exchange. It is not an urgency. Then the manger said they had a busy day. The manager’s next excuse was that they are short of staff with one doctor only. People stayed are working long hours. She wants me to understand that I should know that without them I have no one to serve my health needs. I canceled my appointment and left there since I do not know who else will get served with more patients coming in at that time. I cannot trust their managing skills. There must be other better organized places with the competence to help. I went with another place and the receptionist answer my call and got the doctor to help. They are capable with no complain. I am sure they are having similar staff shortage or other issues during this COVID time. But they are courteous, organized and quick to provide quality services. Thanks god it is not happening everywhere. I will never go to this place to get aggravated and make me feel worse than I need.
